JUICY DRUMSTICKS
I NGREDIENTS 1 cup plumsauce 1/3 cup honey 2 teaspoons soya sauce finely grated rind of 1 lime 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger ¼ teaspoon ground allspice 1 kilo chicken drumsticks METHOD Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large, shallow baking dish with non-stick baking paper. Place plum sauce, honey, soya sauce, lime rind, ginger and allspice in a bowl; stir to combine. Place drumsticks in prepared dish, and spoon plum sauce mixture over drumsticks. Bake 30- 40 minutes, 4-When you get nice golden brown colour serve hot.
