Sadia's kitchen began with a simple objective - to provide mouth watering and hygenic food as lunches to offices. Sadia wanted to take the hobby of cooking as a profession and with the support of her husband & kids, she started Sadia's Kitchen. Her love for food and passion to learn & cook new receipies brought her into the kitchen business.

Sadia's Kitchen has always been a family-owned and operated business. We have professional
cooks who help us in cooking and we also employ a proper team to pack the lunch boxes - ensuring the best quality of services and hygenic food.

INGREDIENTS 1-150 gm boneless chicken cubes 2-2 cup rice 3-1/2 packet boiled noodles 4-1 capsicum, cut in squares 5-1 carrot, cut in circles 6-1 green onion, chopped 7-1/2 cabbage, chopped 8-10 to 12 small green chilies, chopped 9-1 tbsp crushed red chili 10-1 tbsp cumin seeds 11-Salt to taste 12-oil as required 13-1/2 tsp black pepper 14-1/2 tsp white pepper 15-2 tbsp Worcester sauce 16-garlic copped 1 tsp 17-2 tbsp chili garlic sauce 18-2 tbsp soya sauce 19-1cup tomato ketcup 20-1cup mayonnaise 21-1 medium onion fried for garnishing METHOD 1-. CHICKEN WONTONS WITH PLUM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS 1- Chicken 1 cup 2- Oil 1 Tbs 3- carrot 1/3 cup shredded 4- 2 green onion finely chopped 5- 1 Tbs finely chopped coriander 6- 1 Tbs Soya sauce 7- 1 tsp ginger (grated) 8- 3 cloves garlic (crushed) 9- 1/2 tsp sugar 10- Salt as per taste 11- 30 round or square wontons wrappers 11- Oil for deep frying PLUM SAUCE 1- 1 cup bottled plum sauce 2- 1 Tbs soya sauce METHOD OF MAKING PLUM SAUCE In a small pan combine plum sauce and soya sauce.Cook and stir on a medium heat for few minutes and the sauce is ready. FISH AND POTATO PIE

INGREDIENTS 1-600g fish fillets 2-300ml skimmed milk 3-4 spring onion ,finely chopped 4-40 g grated cheddar cheese 5-1 kg potatoes, boiled 6-salt and freshly ground pepper METHOD 1- In a pan, bring milk to a simmer and place fish in the milk.Cook fish till it begins to flake, about 6-8 minutes, discard the bones.Remove fish with a slotted spoon and keep aside. 2-Add spring onion to milk,cook for 1 minute.Mash potatoes with the cream, add milk and fish to the potatoes, season it with salt and good amount of pepper. 3-Take a dish gently spoon mixture into the dish, sprinkle the top with cheese and place under a grill to brown the top, about 10-15 minutes.
