INGREDIENTS 1-150 gm boneless chicken cubes 2-2 cup rice 3-1/2 packet boiled noodles 4-1 capsicum, cut in squares 5-1 carrot, cut in circles 6-1 green onion, chopped 7-1/2 cabbage, chopped 8-10 to 12 small green chilies, chopped 9-1 tbsp crushed red chili 10-1 tbsp cumin seeds 11-Salt to taste 12-oil as required 13-1/2 tsp black pepper 14-1/2 tsp white pepper 15-2 tbsp Worcester sauce 16-garlic copped 1 tsp 17-2 tbsp chili garlic sauce 18-2 tbsp soya sauce 19-1cup tomato ketcup 20-1cup mayonnaise 21-1 medium onion fried for garnishing METHOD 1-. In a pan heat 2tbsp oil and sauté garlic and green chilies in it. 2- Now add chicken and fry it for 2-3 minutes. 3-Add all vegetables and salt, black and white pepper, Worchester sauce, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and crushed red chilies. 4- Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame. FISH AND POTATO PIE

INGREDIENTS 1-600g fish fillets 2-300ml skimmed milk 3-4 spring onion ,finely chopped 4-40 g grated cheddar cheese 5-1 kg potatoes, boiled 6-salt and freshly ground pepper METHOD 1- In a pan, bring milk to a simmer and place fish in the milk.Cook fish till it begins to flake, about 6-8 minutes, discard the bones.Remove fish with a slotted spoon and keep aside. 2-Add spring onion to milk,cook for 1 minute.Mash potatoes with the cream, add milk and fish to the potatoes, season it with salt and good amount of pepper. 3-Take a dish gently spoon mixture into the dish, sprinkle the top with cheese and place under a grill to brown the top, about 10-15 minutes.

GREEN FISH COCONUT CURRY

INGREDIENTS 1-  4 Fish fillets(cut it into chunks) 2-  1 onion chopped 3-  2 fresh green chilies 4-  2 garlic cloves crushed 5-  2 Tbs lime juice 6-  1/4 cup cashew nuts 7-  1/2 tsp fennel seeds 8-  3 Tbs dry coconut 9-  2 Tbs oil 10- 1/4 tsp  ground seeds 11- 1/4 tsp ground coriander 12- 1/4 tsp salt 13- 3/4 yougart 14- 1/4 tsp ground cumin 15- 3 Tbs fresh coriander(chopped) 16- 2/3 cup water METHOD 1- Marinate the fish with turmeric, lime juice and salt and marinate it    for 15 minutes. 2- Now grind the onion,chili, garlic, cashew nuts,fennel and coconut and    make a paste and set aside. 3-Take  a pan heat oil anf fry the cumin seeds for one minutes than add the paste   and fry it for 5 minutes and stir in the ground coriander, cumin, salt and water   and cook for 3 minutes. 4-After that add yougart and chopped coriander than gently add fish pieces and stir. ...
