Beetroot Salad

INGREDIENTS

1-4 to 5  Beetroot( cut it julienne )
2-Sugar 1 tsp
3- Salt  as per taste
4- Lemon 1
5 -White vinegar 1 to 2 tsp
6-Olive oil few drops
7- White pepper as per taste


METHOD
1-Take 4 t 5 beetroot and boil it don't over cook it.
2-Cut it into julienne.
3-Mix all the above ingredients  in it and put it in the refrigerator few hours then serve.
