1-1 lb chicken, cut in bite size pieces
2-1 tsp salt/pepper
3-1 tsp red chilli powder
4-3 TBS oil
5-1 onion, chopped
6-1 8oz frozen spinach
7-1 cup tomatoes
8-9-pasta of your choice
9-3/4 c milk
10-Cheddar cheese or cream cheese
11-parsely , green oil chopped 3 tsp
1-Fry chicken in oil until until done. Remove from pan.
2-Add to remaining oil in pan 1 onion, chopped, 8oz frozen spinach and
1 cup tomatoes Saute for 10 minutes, then add chicken to pan.
3-Boil 8-16 oz pasta and drain it.
4-Add back to pot with 3/4 c milk, a, Cheddar (or your choice), and cream cheese
and 1 tsp fresh ground pepper and stir all together well.
5-Pour chicken mixture on bottom of baking dish, then cover with pasta/cheese sauce.
6-Sprinkle top with shredded cheese, parsley and green onion.
7-Cook in oven 20-30 until golden brown top and serve hot.
