Nargasi Kofta


1-Chicken 500gm
2-Almond 7 to 8
3-red chilli powder 1tsp
4-Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
5-cumin powder 1 tsp
6-Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
7-Onion chopped 2
8-Eggs no 6
9-Gram masala whole 1 Tbs
10-chopped green chilli 3 to 4
11-salt as per taste
12-Tomatoes 3
13-Oil for frying
14-turmeric a pinch


1-Boil and peel eggs mix spices to mince meat coat eggs with mincemeat.Deep fry koftas in oil till half done take it aside.
2- Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala ,cumin ,fry onions till golden brown add turmeric , ginger garlic paste , and cooks till smell  gone.
3-Add cumin,coriander ,red chilli powder add tomato and almond paste and cook ,add water and covered it.
4 -Add  green chilli ,and add koftas in it .Cook it till kofta cook properly.
5- Granish it with chopped coriander leaves serve hot with rice , chapati,naan.
