CHICKEN GREEN HANDI

INGREDIENTS

1-chicken 1 kg(boneless)cut it in cubes
2-Onion one medium
3-Tomatoes 2 medium
4-Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
5-Whole gram masala 1 tsp
6-Green chilies 4 TO 5
7-fresh cream half cup
8-Grated coconut 3 Tbsp
9- Bay leaf 1
10- Black pepper 1 tsp
11- salt as per taste
12-Butter 2 tbsp
13-Mint and corriander leaves half half bunch
14-Gram masala (powder) 1 tsp
15-yougart 4 tbsp
16- Oil 3 tbsp


METHOD
1-Take a bowl an marinate chicken with yougart, salt gram masala (powder) and put it the the refrigerator
for half an hour.

2-Then take a blender, and cut tomatoes, onion, mint and corriander leaves, green chilles,and grated coconut
and make a paste if necessary than add some water while making the paste.

3-Then take a pan add oil than add butter ,whole gram masala,and bay leaf and when nice aroma is coming out add marinated chicken
and stir fry on a medium flame till the oil seprates and chicken coked properly.

4- Take out in a dish and put cream on the top and serve with nan.

NATURAL REMEDY FOR EYE DARK CIRCLE AND PUFFY EYES


ALMOND CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS
1- chicken 1 kg
2- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
3- white pepper 1 tsp
4-yougart 1 cup
5-salt as per taste
6-green chillies 3 tsp
7- onion 4 (fry it and make it a paste)
8-almond 15 (make it a paste)
9-oil 3 Tsp
10-mint and coriander  leaves  2 tsp

METHOD
1-Heat the oil and fry chicken in it then add ginger garlic paste and fry again.
2-After that add 1cup yougart, white pepper , onion paste ,green chillies paste and fry it again.
3- Cook it till the gravy thickens and add almond paste till the chicken get tender .
4-In the end  garnish it with mint and corriander leaves.

AFGHANI PULAO


 INGREDIENTS
1-mutton 1 kg
2-basmati rice 1 kg
3-onion 2 (sliced)
4-green cardamon 3
5-cinnamon 2
6-pepper corn (whole 1 tsp)
7-jaiphal jayatri powder 1 tsp
8-carrot 2 (diced)
9-cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
10-raisin (kishmish) 1/2 tsp
11-oil 1 cup
12-ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
13- red chilli powder 2 tsp

METHOD
1- Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
2-Heat oil in a pan till golden brown.
3-Add whole spices and ginger garlic paste and stir fry.
4-Add mutton pieces,chilli powder,salt and fry it.
5-Add 1.5 litre hot water and cook until mutton become tender.
6-Add rice in this water and cook until rice is half done.
7-Mix carrot ,raisin jaiphal  jayatri powder.
8-Cover and cook on slow flame till rice is fully cooked.
9-Granish it with fresh corinander and mint leaves.
