1-flour 2 and half cup
2-butter 4 oz

(mix it and make a dough and let it for 1/2 hour then make 2 dough equally)

1- beef/mutton (mince) 1/2 kg
2-eggs 2
3-onion 1
4-green chillies 6 to 7
5-gram masala 1 tsp
6- red chilli(powder) 1 and half tsp
7- salt as per taste
8-oil 1/4 cup

1- Heat the oil add mutton onion, and all masla till water dies.
2- Add egg mix it well now make two dough roll like roti on a greased baking pan,put one roll roti spread mince then cover with other roll roti.
3-Brush with egg and seal the edges ,bake for 25 minutes on 180 C and serve HOT

1- fish finger 1/2 kg
2-lemon juice 3 tbs
3-red chilli powder 1 tbs
4-chat masala 1 tsp
5-vinegar 1 tsp
6-ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
7- ajwain(crushed) 1tsp
8- salt as per taste
9-oil for frying
10-turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
11- black cardamom powder 1 tsp
12- eggs 1
13-bread crumbs 1/2 cup

1-Marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice,turmeric powder for 1/2 hour then
add all masala and again let it marinate for 1/2 hour.

2-Heat the oil in the pan.Dip the marinated fish in the egg batter then roll it
in the brread crumbs and fry it till brown.

3- Serve it with ketcup or chatni

1- 2 cup potatoes

3- 1 cup boiled chicken

1- Mix all these ingredients and make small balls.

2-Dip that meat balls in eggs batter than roll it in the bread crumbs.

1-First heat a non stick pan then add a butter in it.

2-Now beat the egg and stir briskly with a fork.

1- 500 grams small potaoes
2-1 medium sized onion
3-2- 3 big bay leaves
4- 2 cups curd
5-1/2cup milk
6-1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
7- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
8- 3 cardamoms
9-3 cloves
10- 6-7 black pepper
11-1 small stick cinnamon
12-1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
13-1/2 teaspoon turmeric
14-1 pinch asafoetida
15-1 teaspoon chilly powder
16- 4 tablespoons oil/ghee
17-salt to taste.
18-2 tbs coriander and mint leaves


1-Grate the onion and keep it aside.

2-Beat the curd (yoghurt). Take all the spices and dry grind it together till it’s a fine powder.

3- Peel the potatoes and take a fork and prick it nicely and on all side.

4-Put the oil in a pressure pan and put the potatoes inside and fry them in oil till they turn golden brown and set aside.

5-Take another pan and pour some oil and bring to heat.

6- Then add the bay leaves, asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, grated onion and sauté till the raw smell leaves.

7- Add the mixed spice powder we made. Sauté for a minute and add turmeric, chilly powder and salt.

8- Add the milk and then slowly stirring continuously add the curd. Now add the fried potatoes. Pour water if required and pressure cook it for five minutes.

9- Garnish it with coriander and mint leaves.

10- Serve it with paratha .



1 cup rice
1/2 coconut
few curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 cardamoms
2 cloves
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1 large onion
2 garlic flakes
3 green chillies
2 teaspoons ghee
2 tablespoons oil and salt to taste.


1- Grate the coconut pieces and put it in a mixer with half a cup of water.

2- Whip it twice. Now take a big strainer and strain the coconut milk. Squeeze the coconut pulp in the strainer for thicker milk.

3- You will get half a cup of thick coconut milk, keep it aside. Finely chop the onions and green chillies and keep it aside.

4- Now take a frying pan and pour the ghee and bring to heat. Once its hot add the cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon.

5-Let it crackle and then put the garlic and green chillies, sauté till it turns golden brown.

6- Now add the left over coconut pulp and stir well till it becomes a nice paste.

7-Take another pan and pour the oil and bring to heat. When the oil is well heated up add the mustard and curry leaves and let it crackle.

8- Follow it with the onions and sauté till the onions become soft. Add the coconut pulp and spices mix and the coconut milk and stir well.

9-Now add 1/2 cup water and bring to boil. When it begins to boil add the rice and salt to taste. Mix well and cook till the rice gets done.

10-Garnish with roasted peanuts and coriander and serve.

For the pastry:
255g/9oz plain flour
pinch of salt
140g/5oz hard margarine or butter
6 tsp cold water
For the filling:
3 large Bramley cooking apples, chopped, stewed and cooled
sugar, to taste
caster sugar, to serve


1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl.
3. Rub in the margarine or butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
4. Add the cold water to the flour mixture. Using a knife, mix the water into the flour, using your hand to firm up the mixture. The pastry should be of an even colour and suitable consistency for rolling.
5. Divide the pastry into two halves. Take one half and roll it out so that it is big enough to cover an 20cm/8in enamel or aluminium plate. Trim the edges with a knife using the edge of the plate as your guide.
6. Cover the pastry with the stewed apples and sprinkle with sugar to taste.
7. Roll out the other half of the pastry. Moisten the edge of the bottom layer of pastry and place the second piece on top.
8. Press down on the pastry edges, making sure that they are properly sealed. Trim off any excess pastry with a knife in a downward motion, again using the plate as your guide.
9. Flute the edges with a pinching action using your fingers and thumb.
10. Prick the surface of the pastry lightly before placing the pie in the oven. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
11. When the pie is cooked it should move slightly on the plate when gently shaken.
12. Slide on to a serving plate, dust with caster sugar and serve.

Mix 2 teaspoon tomato juice and 4 tablespoon buttermilk and apply on the face. Leave for 1/2 hour, and wash off.

Mix olive oil with equal quantity of vinegar and apply an hour before your bath for sunburn relief

Make a paste of Barley, turmeric and yogurt in equal proportions. Apply it over the area of sunburns for sunburn relief.

A thin paste of sandalwood applied to the sunburn area is beneficial


Take one piece of Clove and suck on it slowly. This will give you relief from acidity and also help in reducing the onslaught of diseases arising out of acidity.

Eat a cup of vanilla ice cream or drink a glass of cold milk to get heartburn and acidity relief within minutes

Heartburn relief home remedies

Almonds- can relieve hearburn. Eat several almonds when heartburn symptoms persist.
Lemons- can prevent hearburn. Cut a lemon into thin strips and dip in salt. Eat before meals to prevent heartburn.

Lemon rind can also be eaten to prevent heartburn.



12 ounces extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/3 cup flour
2 to 4 dashes hot sauce
Dash salt
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
vegetable oil for frying


Beat egg whites very stiff. Add shredded cheese to egg whites, then add flour, hot sauce, salt, parsley flakes, and paprika. Shape mixture into small balls and roll in
cornmeal. Put oil in a heavy skillet to a depth of about 1/4-inch. Heat over medium-high heat. Place cheese balls hot oil; cook until golden brown, turning constantly.

Home remedy for Low BP ( Low blood pressure )
Drink a glass of raw beetroot juice 2 times a day, for at least a week.

Home remedy for High BP ( High blood pressure)
Mix 1/2 onion juice and 1/2 honey. Take 2 tbls once a day for 1-2 weeks.
Eat 1 Papaya on an empty stomach daily for a month. Do not eat anything after for about 2 hours.

2- 10 dried red chili pepper
3- 2 tsp cumin seeds
4- 1 tsp turmeric powder

7- 2 large onion thinly sliced

9- one cup coconut
10-mint and coriander leaves for granish


1- Grind the chilie, cumin and coriander seeds in a grinder and set aside.
2- Process the thick coconut with ground spices, turmeric , ginger and garlic paste and set aside.
3-Heat the oil in a shallow pan.Add the chopped onion cook it until it get reddish brown.Add coconut spice mixture and and cook until the liquid evaporates and oil separate from the paste.
4- Stir in the reserved thin coconut milk and let it simmer until reduced to a creamy sauce.Add salt to taste.
5- Stir the prawns into the sauce and cook a few minutes until the prawns are just cooked don't over cook that .Serve with steamed rice.
6- garnish with mint and coriander leaves.

Some home remedies for acne cure

1.Orange peel pounded well with water. Applied to affected acne areas

2.Cucumber leaves or grated pieces. Apply to area for acne cure.

3.Rub the pimple( acne) with a fresh cut clove of garlic.

4.Drinking atleast 1 litre of water a day to impart a healthy glow to the skin

1-1/2 lb vermicelli. Vermicelli usually comes in 1 lb packages, so about 1/2 a package.
2-1/2 cup olive
3-1/2 onion, minced
3-2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
4-2 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper


1 In a 9-inch frying pan (with lid), fry the vermicelli on both sides in hot oil until golden brown in color. Remove from pan.

2 In the same oil, brown the minced onion, add the chopped tomato. Add chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3 When broth is boiling, add vermicelli and reduce heat to a low simmer. Cover and cook until the vermicelli has soaked up the liquid, about 30 minutes.

4 servve hot

home remedy dandruff cure

aloe vera dandruff cure - with aloe vera gel . About 10-15 minutes before you wash your hair, rub a lot of aloe vera gel into your scalp. leave it on for 10 minutes, and shampoo your hair like you regularly do. if you do this everyday the dandruff will stay away.

Using lime juice to wash hair.

Soak 2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. Wash with mild shampoo.

Ingredients: Olive oil and almond oil
Instructions: Mix the olive oil with the almond oil. Leave it on about 5 min.s after it starts to burn. Rinse well to clear dandruff.

Massage your hair with warm coconut oil and apply the juice of 2 lemons, steam your hair and leave the oil on for about 2 hours. Shampoo with a mild shampoo. Repeat 2-3 times a week.

Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 teacups of water. After cooling and filtering, use for rinsing hair.


1 cup raspberry yogurt
1 banana
1 cup apple juice
2 cups frozen strawberries

Blend all ingredients on high for a minute or so until they're smooth.

chicken- 500 gms small pieces with bones.
black pepper freshly ground- a bit rough
onion - 1 chopped finely
tomato-1 soft and ripe one chopped
coriander leaves
curry leaves
ginger and garlic paste-1 1/2 tspn smooth paste
salt to taste,
turmeric a pinch
a little vinegar for a tangy taste.


heat oil and when hot, add the onions and fry well till golden brown
then add in the ginger and garlic paste
sprinkle water to avoid burning.
then add in tomatoes, and curry leaves.
add turmeric powder, and pepper powder as per ur taste( if u desire it very hot then u can be liberal with the pepper powder).
then add in salt and mix well.
the tomatoes should become soft and smashed.
u should see the oil come to the surface and it should look dark in colour, not too black.
add the chicken pieces and very little water just sufficient to cook the chicken.
at the end when the chicken is done, add little vinegar if u desire a tangy taste.
add in the coriander leaves and stir well.
u can remove the pepper chicken masala with a little gravy or let it get a bit dry.
serve it hot and enjoy.

Freckles may be described as flat, round, dark colored spots that range in size from about 2mm to 4mm. Freckles could be the result of pigment precipitation in one particular place, as generally the skin surrounding the spot is lighter in color. Freckles have a hereditary aspect to it and you are likely to inherit it if runs in your family. Freckles are usually of no medical consequence and do not cause any problems. Freckles are sensitive to the UV rays of sunlight and hence appear more prominent during or after exposure to sunlight. Though freckles could be present all over the body, mostly they are found in areas exposed to sun.

Natural Remedies for Freckles

Freckles may be unsightly and a cause of cosmetic concern for many. Here are some natural remedies that will help you deal with freckles at home -

Apply sour cream on your face. Do not rinse this mask off completely; gently wipe off with a soft tissue and top it up with a moisturizer.

Lemon juice is a tried and tested remedy for treating freckles. Apply lemon juice with your fingers on the affected area; lemon juice bleaches the dark spots.

Regular use of fruit and vegetable masks such as those made with apricots, strawberries, cucumbers and red currant will help lighten freckles.

Wash your face with sour milk. Lactic acid promotes gentle peeling of skin minus the irritation or dryness.

Heat honey slightly and apply to face, tap face gently with your fingers. Wash honey off with warm water then rinse with cool water. Stir in a little quantity of wheat germ into the honey before applying.

Horseradish juice or horseradish vinegar, or oatmeal dabbed on the skin is also helpful in lightening freckles.

Apply parsley juice mixed with equal amounts of lemon juice, orange juice, and red currant juice under your favorite cream will help you keep your freckles invisible.

Apply odorless castor oil or vitamin E at night before going to bed.

Dissolve some sugar in the juice of one lemon. Apply mixture to each freckle with a brush.

Grind yellow mustard in milk and apply to the face during the night. Wash your face the next morning.

Onions also can be used for removing freckles and age spots. Slice a red onion in half and rub on the spots twice daily. Continue until the spots fade.

Applying buttermilk on freckles is thought to help in lightening them.

Mix an equal quantity of turmeric and sesame seeds. Grind in water and apply to the face.

Take a watermelon, make a hole in its rind and introduce some grains of rice in it. Take out the rice after a week. Grind into a paste and apply on the face.

To lighten freckles, mash 1/4 cup of unripe currants and mix with 1 tbsp. of unpasteurized honey. Put on freckles and leave on for half an hour. Rinse off with warm water and dab on diluted fresh lemon juice.



1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups unsifted cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10 inch tube cake pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Mix in mashed bananas, sour cream and buttermilk. Combine the cake flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir flour mixture into sugar/banana mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and top springs back when touched. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing.

A cough may be caused by inflammation of the larynx or the pharynx. A cough can develop in the chest due to change in weather or seasonal changes.

Cough Home Remedy

Cough treatment using Grapes

Grapes are one of the most effective home remedies for the treatment of a cough. Grapes tone up the lungs and act as an expectorant, relieving a simple cold and cough in a couple of days. A cup of grape juice mixed with a teaspoon of honey is advised for cough relief.

Cough treatment using Almonds

Almonds are useful for dry coughs. Seven kernels should be soaked in water overnight and the brown skin removed. They should then be ground well to form a fine paste. A quantity of twenty grams each of butter and sugar should then be added to the paste. This paste should be taken in the morning and evening.

Cough treatment using Onion

The use of raw onion is valuable in a cough. This vegetable should be chopped fine and the juice extracted from it. One teaspoon of the juice should then be mixed with one teaspoon of honey and kept for four or five hours-it will make an excellent cough syrup and should be taken twice daily. Onions are also useful in removing phelgm. A medium-sized onion should be crushed, the juice of one lemon added to it, and then one cup of boiling water poured on it. A teaspoon of honey can be added for taste. This remedy should be taken two or three times a day.

Cough treatment using Turmeric

The root of the turmeric plant is useful in a dry cough. The root should he roasted and powdered. This powder should be taken in three gram doses twice daily, in the morning and evening.

Cough treatment using Belleric Myroblan

The herb belleric myroblan is a household remedy for a cough. A mixture comprising two grams of the pulp of the fruit, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of long pepper, and 2 teaspoons of honey should be administered for the treatment of this condition twice daily. The dried fruit covered with wheat flour and roasted , is another popular remedy for cough condition.

Cough treatment using Raisins

A sauce prepared from raisins is also useful in a cough. This sauce is prepared by grinding 100 gm of raisins with water. About 100 gm of sugar should be mixed with it and the mixture heated. When the mixture acquires a sauce-like consistency, it should be preserved. Twenty grams should be taken at bedtime daily.

Cough treatment using Aniseed

Aniseed is another effective remedy for a hard dry cough with difficult expectoration. It breaks up the mucus. A tea made from this spice should be taken regularly for treating this condition.


I generally don’t cry when chopping onions, but it does happen occasionally. So I’ve scoured the net for the top ten methods for cutting onions without crying.

  1. Breath through your mouth. This one is the one that works for me, Probably all the scuba diving I’ve done lets switch my� nose off without even trying.
  2. Use a sharp knife. The more you cut and the less you crush the onion, the less vapors you’ll release.
  3. Chop the onion underwater. This makes sense to me. The flow of the water will wash the vapors away. I’m knot sure if you can do a good dice with the onion in the sink though.
  4. Use frozen diced onions. I’m a fan of the fresh is best school of thought, but if the pain is too much then this is a valid option.
  5. Place the onion in the freezer for 20 minutes before cutting. Similar to the last one, but at least your using fresh produce.
  6. Cut in a well ventilated place and cut fast.
  7. Cut Onions near an open flame. Either a candle or a gas burner. Rumor has it that the onion odor is drawn towards the heat.
  8. Wash your hands as soon as you’ve finished cutting onions. You don’t want to rub your eyes with onion juice. Trust me on that one.
  9. Put some white vinegar on the chopping board before you start cutting. I don’t like this one, the vinegar will interfere with the flavor of the onions.
  10. Cut the root out and throw it away. This one seems to be the most popular. The the theory is that the aromas that cause the tears are based in the root area of the onion, so if you cut a cone out of the onion around the root then you’ll be home free.

Small pieces of an omlette made with 2 eggs with a little salt and black pepper
1 tsp anardana
2-3 green chilies chopped
1/2 cup of fresh dhunia leaves
1 large tomato
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
200 gms Makai ka atta or basin ka atta
1 small onion sliced and frimed till brown
2 tsp Fresh mint and coriander leaves

1-Add all the ingredients and marinate it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.-
2- Take it out and make 6 to 8 small patties.
3-Fry it on a low flame serve with ketcup.

Dark Circles Natural Cure at Home

Home remedies for dark circles are considered to be the best healing method. It is natural way of curbing the dark blemishes under the eye which will not cause any harm to the skin.

1) Application of a thin sliced cucumber on top of each eye for 15 to 20 minutes, twice a day, relieves stress and cools down the eyes.

2) A mixture of almond oil and honey should be applied on the affected area every night before bedtime. You will see a remarkable improvement in two to three weeks.

Apply two to three drops of rose water on a cotton ball and gently massage on the affected area of the eye for five to six minutes. You will see the result in two to three weeks. 6 Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
2 tbsp Flour (maida)
2 tbsp Con flour
2 Eggs (beaten)
1/4 tsp Pepper / Chili Powder
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Oil for frying


In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar.

Add chicken wings coat well and set aside for one hour.

Make a smooth batter by adding corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, pepper and beat in the eggs .

Heat oil in a wok / kadhai.

Dip each wing in the batter and coat evenly and deep fry the drumsticks till golden brown.

Serve fried chicken wings hot with thin slices of onions and lemon.
