STEAMED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

1-Chicken whole 1.5 kg
2-Gram Masala powder 1 1/2 tsp
3-Black pepper 1/2 tsp
4-lemon juice 5 tsp
5-Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
6-Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2tsp
7-Orange food colour a pinch
8-Cumin seeds ground and roasted 1 1/2tsp
9-Green chillies grinded  3 to 4

METHOD

1-Take a whole chicken and give slits on it .
2-Mix the all ingredients and apply it on the chicken and marinate
it for 2 hours.
3-Steam coverer it for 35 minutes.Take it out and than deep fry it till you found a nice golden brown colour.
4-Serve it with sauce or some yoghurt dip.

BBQ FISH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1-Fish whole approximately 1.5 kg
2- 2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
3-Salt 1tsp
4-Lemon juice 2 tsp
5-Red chilli 1 Tbsp
6-Green chillies 2 yo 4
7-Mint leaves 1 bunch
8-Coriander leaves 1 bunch
9-Cumin seeds 1tsp
10-Tamarind paste half cup
11-Turmeric 1/2 tsp
12 -Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp
13-Oil  1/4 CUP
14-Carom seeds  1/2 tsp


METHOD
1-Take a blender first of all make the and put coriander ,mint leaves and green chillies and make a paste and set it aside.
2- Then make a paste of  tamarind and add the spices in it and apply this on the fish  and half of the green paste.
3- Marinate this fish at least two hours than  apply oil on it and  bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 centigrade.
4-Than take it out and pour another half of the green paste and bake it for 5 more minutes and serve hot with fresh vegetables.

CLAFOUTIS


INGREDIENTS

1-100 ml milk
2-100 ml double cream
3-3 eggs
4-120 g caster sugar
5-few drops of vanilla essence
6-25 g butter
7-50 g cherries
8-30 g almonds flakes
9-1 cup plain flour
10-1 cup icing sugar

METHOD

1-Pour the milk and double cream into a pan and bring to the boil, then add the vanilla essence and transfer to a bowl to cool down.

2-Whisk together the eggs and the caster sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3-Break the butter into little pieces and sprinkle them into the bottom of a baking dish.

4-Add the cherries and the almonds flakes to the baking dish and put it in the oven at 180 degrees.

5-Add the flour to the egg mixture, then mix it with a spatula and add the cooled milk and cream.

6-Remove the dish from the oven and pour in the egg and cream mixture.Spread the cherries and almond evenly around the dish.

7-Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

8-When you see the nice brown colour take it out from the oven and serve with cream.
