FISH IN SPICY RED SAUCE


INGREDIENTS

1-4 medium slices of fish
2-2 large onion chopped
3-3 tbsp of tomato paste mix with 3 tbsp water
4-1 tsp red chili flakes
5-1/2 cup oil
6-1/2 cup water
7-1/2 tsp salt
8- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
9- 2 tbsp chopped mint and corinander leaves.

METHOD
1-Take a pan and add oil in it.
2-Add the onion, chili flakes and salt.
3-Saute until the onion softens and add ginger garlic paste.
4-Add the tomato paste diluted in 3 tbsp water
5-Continue cooking until the onion becomes soft then add 1/2 cup water and let it boil.
6-When it boils, add the fish and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
7- Garnish it with corriander and mint leaves  and serve hot.
