VEGETABLE KARAHI

INGREDIENTS 1- Potatoes 1 cup(boiled) 2 -peas 1 cup(boiled) 3- Carrot 1 cup( boiled) 4- Cabbage 1 cup 5- Green bell pepper 1 cup 5- Salt as per taste 6- Crushed red chili 2 tsp 7- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 8- Gram masala powder 1 tsp 9- Onion 3 medium (finely chopped) 10-Tomatoes 6 medium(finely chopped) 11-Oil 4 Tbs 12-Garlic 4 cloves (chopped) 13-White cumin 1 tsp 14-Dry fenugrek 1 tsp 15-Mint and coriander leaves  for garnishing 16-3 to 4 green chilies Method 1- Boil carrot, peas and potatoes and cut other vegetables keep aside. 2- Take a karahi add oil than add chopped onion cook it for few minutes    than add garlic stir fry it again than add chopped tomatoes. 3- After that add spices, crushed red chilies, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds,and gram masala    and dry fenugreek and put all the vegetables in that. 4- Cook it till the oil separates and vegetable are tender. 5- Garnish it with coriander and mint leaves and served with chappati or parahta.

STUFFED PARSLEYED ONIONS

INGREDIENTS 1 -4 large onions 2- 4 tbsp cooked rice 3- 4 tsp chopped parsley 4- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese (grated) 5- 2 tbsp olive oil 6- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (as per your taste) METHOD 1-Take four onion and cut a slice from the top and scoop out the centre so that it leave a fairly thick shell. 2-Take a bowl and add remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix it well , 3-Use a spoon to fill this mixture in the hollow onions and then wrap them in a piece of oiled baking foil. 4-Cook it on a hot coal for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender and turn it frequently so they cook evenly 5-Serve it with chopped parsley on the top. 6-You can use this dish with meat dishes or some crispy salad.

SINGAPORIAN RICE

INGREDIENTS 1-150 gm boneless chicken cubes 2-2 cup rice 3-1/2 packet boiled noodles 4-1 capsicum, cut in squares 5-1 carrot, cut in circles 6-1 green onion, chopped 7-1/2 cabbage, chopped 8-10 to 12 small green chilies, chopped 9-1 tbsp crushed red chili 10-1 tbsp cumin seeds 11-Salt to taste 12-oil as required 13-1/2 tsp black pepper 14-1/2 tsp white pepper 15-2 tbsp Worcester sauce 16-garlic copped 1 tsp 17-2 tbsp chili garlic sauce 18-2 tbsp soya sauce 19-1cup tomato ketcup 20-1cup mayonnaise 21-1 medium onion fried for garnishing METHOD 1-. In a pan heat 2tbsp oil and sauté garlic and green chilies in it. 2- Now add chicken and fry it for 2-3 minutes. 3-Add all vegetables and salt, black and white pepper, Worchester sauce, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and crushed red chilies. 4- Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Now add 1/2 cup water and cover it for 2-3 minutes.Now thickens it with corn flour( dissolved in 3tbsp water). Gravy should be thick. 5-Now boiled...
