  • 1 cup plumsauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  • finely grated rind of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 kilo  chicken drumsticks


  • Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large, shallow baking dish with non-stick baking paper.
  • Place plum sauce, honey, soya sauce, lime rind, ginger and allspice in a bowl; stir to combine.
  • Place drumsticks in prepared dish, and spoon plum sauce mixture over drumsticks. Bake 30- 40 minutes, 
4-When you get nice golden brown colour serve hot.
