1- 1 small onion
2- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
3- 2 tbs oilve oil
4- 2 medium Leek and cut it into fine strips
5- 2 tbs chopped parsley
6- 225g  fish fillet (cubed)
7- 300 ml chicken stock
8- 300 ml skimmed milk
9- 3 tbs yoghurt
10- one egg yolk
11- 1 tbs finely chopped green pepper(for garnishing)


1-Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon olive oil fry the onion and garlic gently for 3 minutes
 than add leek and parsley and fry for 3 more minutes.

2-Add the cubed fish, stock, skimmed milk and salt and pepper to taste and boil it gently for 10
more minutes.

3- Beat the yoghurt and egg yolk together. Blend it with little hot soup and than
 add it to the remaining soup in the pan.

4-Heat through gently without boiling for 2 minutes.

5-Serve hot and garnish it with chopped green pepper.
