2-Onion one medium(finely chopped)
3-Garlic 3 cloves finely chopped
4-Chicken stock 1 litre
5-Capsicum 2 medium
6-Basil 1 tbsp
7-Olive oil 60 ml
1- Take the potatoes and peel it and slice the potatoes .
2-Heat the Oilve oil in a pan and add chopped onion and fry it than add garlic and fry it .
3-Than add potatoes in it and stir fry potatoes add chicken stock and simmer it for 20 minutes.
4-Cut the capsicum in a julienne and set a side.
5-Pour the soup in the blender and after that put the mixture again in the the saucepan and boil.
6- In the end add the capsicum and cook it for 10 minutes and serve it with finely chopped basil on the top.
