1 Cup of Pineapple chopped
1 Cup of tender water along with the gratings of the coconut
Sugar to taste
Sprig of mint leaves to garnish
A scoop of vanilla ice-cream


Blend the tender water and the pineapple. Add sugar to the blended cocktail. Pour the drink in a glass and serve with a scoop of vinalla icecream and mint leaves
You can also add ginger to the tender water and pineapple + ice cubes (2-3) and blender it and then serve with mint leaves.
