Today's Recipe 'MUTTON KARAHI'

INGREDIENTS

• 1 kg mutton
• 2 tsp ginger paste
• 2 tsp garlic paste
• salt as per taste
• 1 tsp freshly crushed black pepper
• 1 ½ tsp red chili powder
• 6 -7 tomatoes (medium size)
• 5-6 whole green chilies
• 4 tbs Cooking oil
• 4 tbs yogurt

METHOD
1. Take a karahi add meat with garlic & ginger paste and leave on medium heat for the water to dry.
2. When that is done add 3 to 4 glasses of water, cover and leave to tenderize. When the meat has softened add everything, including Cooking oil, except green chilies & tomatoes.
3. Increase the heat to dry water if any then add green chilies & yogurt & tomatoes. Lower the heat and cook it covered for 10 TO 15 minutes..
4. When the tomatoes are softened, increase the heat and cook till the water dries.
5. Sprinkle it with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
6. Serve hot with chapatti. ghosht
